About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Specialist Legal and Commercial Support person. The successful candidate will provide expert assistance to Babcock Australasia’s business units and corporate functions, focusing on legal, commercial, procurement, and administrative support. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to contract management, compliance assurance, and supporting various project activities. Supporting the team with corporate governance, risk management, digital records maintenance, reporting, insurance, and business-winning activities will be a day in the life for the successful candidate, along with working collaboratively with our internal team and stakeholders.

 

About you

With a minimum of 5 years experience within the commerical, legal or subcontracts space, you will be a highly motivated, team member to intergrate with an exisiting collaborative team. You will possess exposure to fast paced commerical enviornments with ideally a working knowledge of ADF contracting. Having a high level of verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact condifentially with multiple stakeholders and internal teams, you will be provided with support, mentoring and endless career growth opportynities. In addition to the years of experience,  you will ideallt have teritary qualifications in the Commerce, Law or Finance fields.
