About you

The Site and Materials Coordinator provides direct support of production activities, contributing to the management and accountability of subcontractor materials and project services required in support of the RMP – West activities.

You’ll assist in the planning and mobilisation of staff to sites, plan, manage and coordinate allocated site amenities, plant, and equipment in addition to any other equipment the required in support of Maintenance Activities;

This position is based in Henderson, WA.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to develop daily operation schedules and deconflict activities
  • Ability to accommodate irregular work patterns to meet production requirements when required;
  • General Construction Induction Card (White Card);
  • Current Motor Vehicle Driver’s Licence;
  • Forklift licence; and
  • Must either hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.

This position will work within our Marine business unit, which provides asset management solutions to the Australian maritime sector. Working closely with supply chain partners, marine provides cost-effective and responsive solutions that optimise the availability, capability, and seaworthiness of critical maritime assets. Marine supports assets across the Royal Australian Navy’s fleet – most notably the Anzac Class Frigates as a member of the Warship Asset Management Agreement (WAMA) and the Canberra Class Landing Helicopter Docks (LHD), LHD Landing Craft (LLC) and associated assets.
