Our multiple businesses and global sites create a highly dynamic and stimulating environment that offers ample opportunity for creativity, learning and growth.<\/p>\n<p>Our innovative technologies and services, and the people who collaborate every day to deliver exceptional service to our customers, are at the heart of what makes our organization successful and a great place to work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a motivated individual preferably with Aircraft Maintenance Avionics experience to supplement our Maintenance Support Team at the Seahawk Simulation and Warfare Centre located at HMAS Albatross, in a full-time permanent position.<\/p>\n<p>You will be responsible to the Maintenance Manager (or delegate) to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on the MH-60R training devices ensuring maximum operational availability to our Customer the RAN.<\/p>\n<p>CAE\u2019s Maintenance Contract currently supports two full flight Simulators and six individual ground-based Trainers based on the MH-60R Romeo Helicopter, which includes two full aircraft Trainers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday to Friday (5 day) alternating shifts between the hours of 0700 and 2300 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out all maintenance tasks effectively as directed by the Senior Simulation Technicians or Maintenance Manager<\/li>\n<li>Carry out all maintenance tasks to meet internal and external compliance requirements<\/li>\n<li>Work to CAE\u2019s Quality Management System<\/li>\n<li>Participate in maintenance related continuous improvement activities<\/li>\n<li>Work to CAE\u2019s Environment, Health &amp; Safety Management System<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates professional, disciplined and safe behaviour in all day to day tasks<\/li>\n<li>Any other tasks as delegated or directed by CAE Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience\/Requirements \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avionics maintenance experience<\/li>\n<li>A willingness to learn and develop both practical and professional skillsets.<\/li>\n<li>Eligibility for Australian Govt.
