About the role

Working within the Subcontract team, the Subcontract Specialist will facilitate the contracts, subcontracts and supply chain to support the JP9101 Program, ensuring compliance with business operating policies, processes and procedures. The Subcontract Specialist will support the Approved Subcontractor and subcontractor engagements including pre-contract processes, formulation of subcontracts, subcontract execution, subcontract management through to delivery, verification, acceptance and payment. Effectively manage subcontract amendments and variations in accordance with contract terms

 

About you

This position will see you responsible for providing specialist support in all aspects of commercial and subcontracts, with a very high volume of stakeholder communication and management including customers and suppliers. You will have a solid background in either a contracts or legal role prior, with tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Law being desirable. In addition, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position ideally within a defence environment. Having experience in ASDFECON is desirable.
