About the role

Assist in the daily warehousing activities and operations at the Henderson site. Assist the Warehouse Supervisor and work closely with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure materials are held and available for scheduled maintenance periods and assist in the receipt and management of stores and equipment to respond to unscheduled maintenance.

 

 

What you will bring

  • Current Motor Vehicle Driver’s Licence;
  • Current Forklift Licence;
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card);
  • Must either hold, or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance;
  • The ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders at different levels;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks;
  • Experience and understanding in the use of MILIS, LNIDS, SAP and other ERP systems; and
  • Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, email.

This position will work within our Marine business unit, which provides asset management solutions to the Australian maritime sector. Working closely with supply chain partners, marine provides cost-effective and responsive solutions that optimise the availability, capability, and seaworthiness of critical maritime assets. Marine supports assets across the Royal Australian Navy’s fleet – most notably the Anzac Class Frigates as a member of the Warship Asset Management Agreement (WAMA) and the Canberra Class Landing Helicopter Docks (LHD), LHD Landing Craft (LLC) and associated assets.
