About the role

As the Principal Engineering Technician (Supportability) (Training) at Babcock Australasia, you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and conducting training activities to support the development or optimization of support system solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the training governance framework aligns with regulatory, company, customer, and industry best practices. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership to ILS personnel engaged in training activities and other elements of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to further develop your experience and leadership skills while contributing to the success of Babcock Australasia.

About you

You are a highly skilled professional with a passion for training and development within technical and engineering environments. With at least 8 years of experience in logistics, technical, or engineering delivery, including 2 years of managing training development and/or delivery programs, you bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. Holding a minimum of a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent instructional/educational qualification, you are adept at applying training/instructional methods and techniques to optimize learning outcomes. Your excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and positive work ethic make you a valuable asset to any team.
