About the role

As our Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will play an important role supporting the Manager, Reputation and Engagement, in the coordination of major events and sponsorships across Australasia. You will use your creative and collaborative flair to engage a broad audience while building and nurturing relationships with conference attendees, community groups, stakeholders and sponsors.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain Defence Security clearance.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline driven environment, balancing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve desired results.
  • Computer literate with detailed experience using MS Office Products.

 

Desirable:

  • Project management skills

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in appropriate discipline or significant equivalent demonstrated experience of 5+ years in Events and/or Marketing.
