We’re looking for Maintenance Support Officers to join us a crucial part of Our Ground Support Equipment Contract, working alongside the Australian Defence Force, this isn’t just any trade job!!
Imagine yourself working directly with the ADF, where every task you perform makes a tangible impact on national Defence. You’ll be undertaking preventative and corrective maintenance on fleet assets, ensuring they are always mission-ready. Your expertise will be vital in performing condition-based maintenance and repair tasks on heavy equipment, vehicles, and ancillary gear, all in a highly controlled environment designed to meet operational demands.
Your role will be crucial in assessing and reporting defects, resolving urgent breakdowns on-site at the RAAF base, and constantly enhancing our maintenance and repair strategies. This is your chance to make a real difference, contributing to the operational readiness of the ADF.

To be successful, you will bring:
- Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain a Defence Security clearance.
- Recognised trade certificate i.e. Heavy diesel mechanic, auto- electrical, refrigeration qualification.
- Drivers Licence, Heavy Rigid or Heavy Combination.
- Significant experience in a Heavy Equipment workshop and field service environment.
- Experience and an understanding of condition monitoring principles and how they affect the fleet owning and operating costs.
