Job Description

  • Be the face of Babcock’s Regional Support Centre
  • Support Executive Assistants in other general administration
  • Permanent Opportunity – City based

 

About the role

In this role you will be the face to our brand and provide effective and professional service to those who engage at Babcock’s Regional Support Centre on Franklin Street, Adelaide.  Being the first point of contact, you will be required to create a professional and capable image to all visitors whilst maintaining our corporate suites.

 

Some duties are, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining a Visitor Management sign-in system. 
  • Coordinating multiple meeting room bookings and basic assistance to internal and external visitors
  • Compiling new starter packs for Franklin Street employees
  • Coordinating and booking of catering for meetings and small functions
  • Facilitating courier bookings, incoming/outgoing mail and stationery supplies
  • Purchase Orders, credit card reconciliation and other adhoc administration tasks

 

About you 

You are experienced working within a corporate services and/ or administration environment and display maturity with the ability to work both autonomously and part of a small team.  You’re a problem solver by nature and will undertake routine duties with enthusiasm, diligence and application.  Having strong administrative and organisational skills, you will have the ability to prioritise work with a positive attitude, whilst not compromising on your communication and services ability when liaising with all levels of management and external customers.

 

Ideally you will have:

  • Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain defence security clearance
  • Receptionist / Corporate Services experience
  • Strong administration exposure and computer skills
  • Welcoming and positive nature with exceptional communication skills
