About the Role
 

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA), plays an integral role in a global enterprise environment with multiple domains.  A key focus of the role is understanding and writing business requirements, specifications, and delivery of business-focussed technical solutions to an agreed and tested standard. The BSA will collaborate with a wide range of complex stakeholders with diverse needs, delivering on both project and operational outcomes.
 

About you

You will have a passion and drive for delivering outcomes and improvement initiatives and possess the following:
 

  • Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance;
  • Experience and/or understanding of development, administration, and configuration experience in a global enterprise environment within multiple domains    
  • Proven ability to work both autonomously and in teams, with internal and external stakeholders, successfully delivering project and operational outcomes. 
  • Experience providing technical support to multiple business sectors with a diverse application portfolio as well as understanding the business requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with end-users at all levels of the organisation, as well as external vendors.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills that allow you to pull together multiple resources and tools to understand and resolve complex IT issues.
