We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Data Manager Analyst to join our UH-60M Black Hawk team.

 

About the role

As the Data Manager Analyst, you will be part of the DASR 21 J Team, receiving direction from the Commonwealth Representative.  You will be responsible for managing, processing and reviewing  the Technical Data being received; including applicability and the associated incoming and outgoing actions as they impact the configuration baseline.

 

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

·         Apply processes and procedures for the identification, control and distribution of project data

·         Manage all Technical Data coming in from the US

·         Progress change documents through the review and Configuration Management process

·         Share information between CoA and external parties, ensuring data sensitivities are maintained

·         Assist with the set up and implementation of processes and procedures

·         Work closely with the Export Compliance Coordinator to ensure compliance with the Project Export / Import (EXIM) Compliance Plan

 

About you

Due to the nature of this role, you will ideally have prior experience in a similar position within a SPO environment, have an understanding of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and be a self-starter who is a confident communicator.

 

To be successful in this role you will also have:

·       Proven experience in a similar role within a Defence environment

·       Strong experience in Configuration and Data Management

·       Experience with Configuration and Data Management tools

·       Sound experience with managing export controlled data

·       Sound experience managing secure/sensitive data

·       Solid experience with Document Editing/Publishing Tools

 

Special requirements

Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance or be eligible to gain this.
The location of the role will be in Brisbane and the Enoggera Barracks.
