We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Training Support and Administrator to join our UH-60M Black Hawk team.

 

About the role

Joining the Training Team and taking direction from the Training Lead, this role will focus on the coordination (plan, schedule, implement, record, maintain, communicate) of UH-60M Maintenance Type Training.  You will be preparing various reports, briefings and documentation, while communicating through to a wide array of staff and management.

 

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

·     Maintain updated curriculum database and training records

·     Schedule known training for CoA and LMA personnel

·     Action end of course filing and notifications under guidance from Training Lead

·     Maintain Approvals Database and SharePoint Shared Services “Training” Site

·     Maintain / Control Course and Approval Summary files and courseware

·     Use LMS (ADELE) to action enrolments, student reports, assessment results reporting and configuration control

·     Action pre course administration and resourcing requirements

·     Coordinate post course evaluation meetings and minute as required.

 

About you

You will be a team player with outstanding communication skills, enjoying problem solving and using your conceptual and analytical skills.  Ideally you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications and/or previous experience in a similar environment.

 

To be successful in this role you will also have:

·     Substantial knowledge and experience with Defence System – PMKeys

·     Experience in SharePoint

·     Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple training events

·     Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.

·     Proven ability to demonstrate a degree of creativity and resourcefulness

·     Ability to develop and determine approaches to solutions in a practical manner

·     Ability to coordinate multiple, concurrent activities

 

It is also highly desirable that you have familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques, and experience with e-learning platforms.

 

Special requirements

Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance or be eligible to gain this.
The location of the role will be virtual initially, with the primary location ultimately being in Oakey, QLD.
