As the Senior Supply Support Officer, you will move into a new and interesting career opportunity, focused on supporting the inventory and supply support needs as part of the Mission Systems Product Line; meeting engineering, maintenance and capability requirements.  Working in a friendly team with a strong client focus and supported by an experienced Inventory Team Leader, you will work proactively across inventory management, procurement and logistics, collaborating with cross-functional and client stakeholder groups, to ensure we successfully execute operational commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

Support material management planning and scheduling, including analysis and procurement across locations.
Meet customer requirements for internal (Raytheon functional teams) delivering inventory and materiel needs, including data management, reporting and analysis.
Comfortable with technology and systems, you will work to maintain data integrity of our inventory systems and logistics databases in support of Mission Systems requirements.
Working with procurement teams to source and procure products, parts and inventory for contract requirements as well as Receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control.
Freight and distribution activities including use of standard national and international freight agents and development of custom freight solutions.
Administration and management of spares and equipment including supply holdings/control, financial, audit standards and QA requirements.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

A minimum of 3-4 years related experience with Certificate or Diploma level qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience and demonstrated working knowledge of logistics, supply chain, inventory systems and reporting.
A proven background of success in supporting stakeholder requirements to meet time critical project deadlines.
This position will require availability to travel to other sites when required.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Australian Government (Defence) Security Clearance.
