About the role

 

The Availability Development Manager (ADM) is accountable for achieveing the program targets, efficiency improvements and savings for availability development scope as set by the Alliance Platform System Director.

You will play a key role developing a robust, efficient, and effective maintenance, repair, and upgrade work scope in accordance with the Key Delivery Milestones which support the update, upgrade, and upkeep the ANZAC Class frigates to complete mission requirements through to Planned Withdrawal Date.

It is a requirement of this position that you hold a current Drivers’ Licence and be eligible to hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance.

 

You’ll be key to the delivery of our maintenance projects. 

 

What you will bring

  • Extensive knowledge of AMPS (Asset Management Planning System) software
  • Demonstrable experience developing strategies within a maintenance support / repair / program environment.
  • Experience working in a Defence or maintenance environment.

 

This role is based at Henderson, WA.

 

About you

 

You will ideally have sound knowledge of the Anzac Class ship systems, in particular, Platform systems.  In addition you will have the ability to manage multi-disciplined teams and coordinate well with internal and external stakeholders.  You’ll have a keen eye for detail snand a focus on continuous improvement.
