About the role 

Bring your administration or project coordination skills to a diverse role and help us deliver world-leading sustainment of Royal Australian Navy ships based on site at our Henderson office in Western Australia.

 

This role will see you providing on-site administration support to the Babcock project team to ensure timely performance and compliance with company and customer requirements. You will maintain project emails, documentation, data and project registers where you will be able to produce accurate reporting statistics.

 

You will be required to have knowledge and understanding of the AMPS system used within the defence network industry.  

 

About you 

You will bring your previous administration experience, AMPS knowledge, proficiency in MS Office suite and excellent communication skills to this role, with the passion and purpose of contributing to a successful team result.

 

To be successful ideally you will have:

 

  • Australian Citizenship with active Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain and maintain)
  • Previous experience in an office or project administration role
  • Knowledge of AMPS system
  • Ability to manage and work across a variety of tasks at one time
  • Prior experience in the defence sector (preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
