Technical Records Officer

Job Description

  • Administrative support amongst our Aviation team
  • Work with experience members within a great contract
  • Full time, permanent role – Monday to Friday

 

About the role

 

Reporting into the Technical Records Team Leader, you will hold responsibility for processing technical aviation records including updating logbooks, and information management systems to ensure compliance with aviation industry regulations as well as:

 

  • Assist in maintaining records of aircraft technical data, engineering activities and component history.
  • Filing, archiving, and scanning of aircraft records
  • Component Log Cards and Log Book entries, scanning and dispatching to repair facilities.
  • Generate and distribute electronic due lists and track aircraft and component maintenance activity
  • Processing and updating Aircraft flight and maintenance records.
  • Comply with Quality, & Safety Systems Management (QSSM) Policy and Procedures.
  • Alert the organisation to potential or known problems that affect the quality of organisational service delivery. Openly communicate ideas for improvement of company processes and procedures.

 

About you

 

You will be an experienced administrator with a high attention to detail and accurate with your data entry so you will be computer literate and will be well versed in using Microsoft Office suite, will see you successful in this role.

 

You will also be a great communicator and foster good working relationship with other team members and departments.

 

Given this contract supports our Mission Critical Services contract, having an interest in Aviation would be ideal!
