About the role

Working on a fast paced evolving program, you will be working within the Subcontract team on the JP9101 Enhanced Defence High Frequency Communication System (EDHFCS) contract. As the Subcontract Specialist you will the support the management and administration of our Key Subcontracts. The two primary activities of the role will be to provide commercial support and market engagement activity – such as the creation and management of RFQ/RFP activities and contract administration (CCPs/ NODs).

 

About you

Collaborative and  an excellent communicator, you enjoy being responsible for providing specialist support in all aspects of commercial and subcontracts.  Adept at managing multiple priorities and changing business needs, you are comfortable with a very high volume of stakeholder communication and management including customers and suppliers. You will have a solid background in either a contracts or legal role prior, with tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Law being desirable. In addition, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position ideally within a defence environment. Having experience in ASDFECON is desirable.
