About you

The Inductions Administrator provides administration for the Babcock One Learning Induction portal, to ensure timely processing of Inductions for Babcock employees, Repair Agents and Ship Staff.

 

About the role

  • Process all Babcock Marine Australia’s Worksite, Ship and AMC AMCAP Inductions requests
  • Review all completed Induction submissions and ensure all supportive evidence is correct
  • Assist with all Induction issues and queries through email or face-to-face walk-ins
  • Print and issue Induction Cards for collection
  • Manage the Induction email Inbox
  • Maintain good relationships with major Project Stakeholders in regards to Inductions and issues.

 

This role is a full-time, on site role based in Garden Island, Sydney, NSW.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

 

Essential:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a Team
  • Must either hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.

This position will work within our Marine business, which provides asset management solutions to the Australian maritime sector. Marine supports assets across the Royal Australian Navy’s fleet – most notably the Anzac Class Frigates as a member of the Warship Asset Management Agreement (WAMA) and the Canberra Class Landing Helicopter Docks (LHD), LHD Landing Craft (LLC) and associated assets as the Asset Class Prime Contractor.
