About the role

 

Supporting two Managing Directors, you will primarily focus on extensive diary management including arranging meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties and responding to invitations along with international and domestic travel. 

You’ll become a trusted business partner to the Directors and wider executive team, making decisions and being a credible right-hand to those you support.

Suited to a proactive and driven individual with a “can do” attitude. You pride yourself on your ability to go above and beyond to ensure the business objectives are met, this role will involve providing a high quality and efficient support service to key stakeholders and other assistants whilst managing monthly management reports and reconciliation of invoices from Accounts Payable.

Further to this, you will mange the running’s of the Melbourne office by keeping stationery and kitchen items replenished, assist with general meeting management and being point of contact for building management. 

 

Ideally you will have

 

A background in executive support for senior leadership and are tech savvy with strong skills in both Adobe Programs and MS Office suites. You have exceptional client relationship and communication skills with a high level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters. You hold strong business acumen with the ability to make sound judgement and quick decisions whilst operating in a fast paced environment.

You are collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You’re a problem solver by nature and want to join an organisation that values their people however most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
