The role

As a Stores clerk you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. We are looking for a reliable individual to join our fast-paced team based at Gloucestershire Airport. As the Stores Coordinator you will be part of an exciting supply chain supporting many of the countries Air Ambulances. Being part of a Mission Critical Operation and developing logistics skills will be a great opportunity to develop.

 

Day to day

  • Goods inwards receipt of purchase orders
  • Preparing shipments for despatch
  • The quarantine of non-conforming aircraft parts and materials
  • Raising vendor queries following the quarantine of non-conforming parts and materials
  • Keeping a log of all vendor queries and who they are allocated to
  • Storage of parts and materials

 

Essential experience of the Stores Clerk:

  • Experience of logistics/ supply chain/ stores
  • Ability to adapt to and manage conflicting demands
  • Ability to read information in ERP systems and interpret data etc.
  • Experience in the aviation industry would also be an advantage.

 

This role is full time and based onsite at Staverton (Gloucestershire Airport)

 

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
