About the role

Based at our Keswick project office, in this role you will be responsible for applying project scheduling across your allocated project/ portfolio. You will achieve this by preparing and maintaining schedules for activities and events, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements, and maintaining the project structures (WBS/OBS/RBS/CBS)

 

You will collaborate on projects predominately in the acquisition space, with potential exposure to support/ sustainment projects within marine and defence.

 

About you 

You will bring your experience as a planner or scheduler from a similar defence business environment with a good scheduling software knowledge and the ability to develop, learn and grow into this role.

 

Alternatively if you have defence experience with an active clearance and are looking for a foot in the door into the projects discipline, we are open for discussions.

 

Ideally you will have 

  • Australian Citizenship (essential)
  • Active defence security clearance (preferred)
  • Planning, scheduling or project coordination experience within the defence environment (or the passion to develop on this pathway)
  • Experience using Primavera P6, MS Project or OPP scheduling software
  • Awareness of various contracting methodologies
